The foundation resubmitted the proposal.

During inspection by officials in October, it was found that the construction had already begun.

And building plan was not tallying with the actual.

The foundation was directed to resubmit the plan as per construction made at site, along with No Objection Certificate from the Forest Department, Public Works Department and others.

The construction was not stopped.
'Stop work' notice was issued on November 2011.
Subsequently sealing notice was issued on December 24, 2012.
